  1. Cell cycle parameters were determined in the rostral and caudal regions of the EIIa-Cre;Fgfr3+/K644E(+/E) and wild type (Wt) littermate cortical primordium at E12.5. Four embryos per genotype and two counting boxes per sample were used at each time point. TG1, TG2, and TM were determined only in the caudal region where a difference in Tc was observed. Three embryos per genotype and one to two counting boxes per sample were used.
