  1. Measurements were taken, as indicated in Figure 1c,i, to determine the rostrocaudal and lateromedial positions of the posteromedial barrel subfield (PMBSF) in Foxg1-Cre;Fgfr3+/K644M(Fox+/M) and its littermate control (Cont) cortices at postnatal day 6.5. Results werare presented in the graph in Figure 2c-g (rostrocaudal) and 2h-l (lateromedial positions). SD, standard deviation.
