Postembryonic neuronal addition in Zebrafish dorsal root ganglia is regulated by Notch signaling

Cells in Tg(sox10:nlsEos) fish were photoconverted on four dpf and neuronal differentiation was assessed by immunolabeling with Elavl at six dpf. Only one cell was photoconverted per ganglion. Non-neuronal cells were defined as Tg(sox10:nlsEos) + cells that were Elavl-minus.
