Error bars indicate standard error of the mean. (B) Normalized cumulative plot for the averaged migration speed in the groups displayed in (A). The shift to the leftward direction in the bumetanide and shNKCC1-transduced cells treated with gabazine compared to the gabazine treated control group indicates GABAA-receptor-independent effects (solid lines).
