Purkinje cells just prior to initiating the formation of the PP, are clearly positive for VLDLR and mDab1 (and also for ApoER2 weakly) at E13.5, and the PP (arrow) emerges beneath the Reelin-rich zone (green), with intense signals for ApoER2, VLDLR, and mDab1 at E14.5.
