The indicated constructs were co-transfected into HEK293T cells followed by immunoprecipitation with anti-Flag and Western blotting with anti-HA. Arrows at right indicate the expected sizes of each protein. Additional file: 10B demonstrates that Flag-G9a and Flag-Bhlhe22 are stable upon transfection into HEK293 cells
