Knockdown of Stk25 and signaling partners leads to anomalous neuronal migration. A) Knockdown or control (empty) vectors were electroporated into E14.5 mouse cortex and the position of GFP-tagged neurons were examined at E17.5. B) The knockdown of Stk25, LKB1, STRADĪ± or GM130 decreased the number of neurons in the upper cortical plate (CP) and increased the number of neurons held up in the intermediate zone (IZ) as compared to empty vector control (EV) electroporated cells (*P <0.0001 ANOVA with Tukey-Kramer post-hoc test). Ventricular zone/Subventricular zone (VZ/SVZ).
