Three characteristic narrow zebrin II stripes (P1+ at the midline and P2+ laterally to either side: for stripe terminology, see [60]) are observed in the anterior part (lobule II-III) of the wild-type cerebellum (A). The characteristic zebrin II-immunopositive stripes appear normal in the Zac1 null cerebellum (B). Scale bar: 250 μm.
