Expression of Runx1-dependent and Runx1-independent transcripts for receptors, channels and neuropeptides in the Brn3a-/- TG. The TG of Brn3a-/- and control mice were examined for the expression of multiple sensory markers at P0, the last stage available due to the neonatal death of the knockout mice.
