Vsx2 morphants are microphthalmic. (B) Graph showing the area of central retina sections of control (wild type (WT)) and Vsx2 morphant (Vsx2MO) at 72 hpf and 96 hpf; 10–20 sections from different eyes were analysed. Vsx2 morphant retinas show a significant (asterisks) reduction in eye area (p < 0.0001). Error bars indicate Standard Error of the Mean.
