Sema5B is expressed in the hippocampus. (a-i) Immunolabeling of coronal brain sections demonstrating Sema5B expression in cornu ammonis (CA)1-CA3 hippocampal pyramidal neurons and in the dentate gyrus. Preadsorption with the peptide used in the generation of the Sema5B antibody resulted in reduced immunocytochemical labeling, confirming the specificity of this antibody (b, c).
